Nanaland rules
Nanaland is an indoor play park for children from 6 months to 8 years. We've put together a few simple rules so everyone can play, enjoy themselves and stay safe.
Access
- The responsible adult must walk the child to the turnstiles on the way in and be at the turnstiles at pick-up.
- One responsible adult per child. Parents may take turns, but never leave Nanaland while a child in your care is inside.
- Non-slip socks are required for children and adults. You can buy them at reception for €2 and reuse them.
- Leave your shoes in the changing area and your belongings in the lockers. The lockers are not supervised. We are not liable for items left in them or forgotten.
In the play area
- 6 months to 3 years: the responsible adult must stay with the child inside the play area at all times.
- 4 to 8 years: going into the play area is optional. The adult may come in with the child or wait in the café, but must stay inside Nanaland.
- Please respect the age shown at the entrance to each play area.
- Go in without glasses, jewellery, buckles or keys, and without toys from home: there's plenty inside.
- The responsible adult must supervise the child and make sure the safety rules are followed.
- The play equipment is for children. Adults may go in to help the child they are with.
- Tell us straight away about any fall, bump or breakage.
Food and drink
- Eat and drink only in the café. Food and drink are not allowed in the play area. Chewing gum and sweets aren't allowed either.
- Outside food and drink aren't allowed, except milk, bottles and baby food for children under 3, and food needed for allergies, coeliac disease or medical diets.
- Check our allergen list and tell us about any allergy before ordering.
For everyone
- In case of fever, signs of infection or a contagious illness, it's better to come another day.
- Take photos and videos only of the children you are with.
- We want Nanaland to be a pleasant place for everyone. We may ask anyone behaving aggressively or inappropriately, or repeatedly ignoring the rules, to leave.
