What data we process and why

If you email us, we use your details (name, email and whatever you tell us) only to reply and, if you ask, to prepare your visit or birthday party.

Once online booking is available, we will process the data needed to manage your booking and send you a confirmation.

Your consent when you contact us and, for bookings, providing the service you request.

Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to handle your request and meet our legal obligations.

Who we share your data with

We never sell or pass on your data. We only share it with providers of technical services (such as web hosting or email), with the safeguards required by law.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info@nana-land.es. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

CVs

If you send us your CV, we will use it only for our recruitment processes and keep it for a maximum of one year, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

CCTV

Our premises have cameras for the security of people, property and facilities, based on our legitimate interest. Images are deleted within a maximum of 30 days.
