Receptionist job at an indoor playground in Palma
Nanaland is a new indoor playground and family café in Palma, for children aged 0 to 8. We're looking for the person who will welcome every family that visits us.
What you'll do
- Welcome families with a smile: you'll be their first point of contact.
- Take payments for passes, cards and memberships (card terminal and till).
- Manage entry: check bookings and activate wristbands and cards.
- Explain the park rules clearly and kindly.
- Handle customer messages: WhatsApp, email, phone and in person.
- Manage bookings, changes and cancellations.
- Organise and coordinate birthday parties.
- Help create content for our social media.
What we're looking for
- Experience in customer service, reception, retail or hospitality.
- You love dealing with families and children.
- Organised, resourceful and proactive.
- Fluent Spanish. Catalan and English are a big plus.
- Available at weekends (we open Tuesday to Sunday).
- Experience in children's leisure, events or social media content is a plus.
